Looking to add a form to your website? We’ve used JotForm to create our form. We copied the iFrame embed code they provide, pasted it in and then simply used PageCloud to create the form titles.
Other form services that offer an iFrame embed option can be used as well such as Google Forms or Wufoo.

Open a new tab and search for an address in Google Maps. Ours is 135 Rideau St Ottawa, ON K1N 5X4. Copy the URL from the browser and simply paste it onto your page.
Copy the URL text and paste it onto your page. Once it’s on the page you can adjust the size like any other object.
